GANGWAY – ROUTE OVER THE BYPASS
Construction of a gangway for pedestrians and cyclists over the Châteaugiron bypass.
Technical Information
The structure being built is a 1-span footbridge with a 26.71 m span. The structure consists of an aluminium frame with 2 side beams 1.89 m high and 25 mm thick wooden decking with non-slip resin inserts. The centre-to-centre distance between the beams is 2.85 m and the usable width is 2.50 m. The side beams are fitted with integrated guardrails.
